Finca Garcilaso is owned by Alice Soto. She has worked hard over the years renovating her farm and adding new varieties, including this one which is called H17 - a hybrid between Catuai and an Ethiopian landrace variety. Furthermore, the natural process of this coffee really makes it a big, expressive coffee.
